That bit rate is extraordinarily low for that frame resolution. You really need something like 8000kbps. Try that.

Thankz, Tom. The 192 kbps is an MPG 4 AAC LC Encoder Setting for my Audio track. 192 kbps is what I have always used for the AAC audio format. In any event, 320 k is the max that is offered for AAC in the Sound Settings. Once again you probably know something I don't.

What's the bit rate for the video? Try dialing in a number.

also, 192 kbps is overkill, uploading to YouTube that will certainly become no more than 128 kbps. You are over the 1GB limit too. Otherwise, as Tom says, we need to know the data rate for the video. I don't partake in YouTube much but for most things I upload for the web, YouTube or otherwise, I send to Compressor and use the QT7, LAN setting. Sometimes I use the 800kbps setting.

Amazing!!! I managed to do an Advanced Upload to YouTube (2G--up to 15 minutes) My Quick Time Movie ended up 1.13G. 3 min 11 sec. I reduced the brightness -4 and added sharpness +5. Otherwise I left the same settings I had in my 7-28 reply. I had no problem making the QT file. (No "you can't do this" notices). The YouTube pop out at 720p looks incredibly close to the original Project file.
Couldn't have done it without you guys. I can't thank you enough.

Sounds good. Could you post a link to the YouTube video? I'd also like to hear exactly what settings you used for the video if you'd be so kind.
    All the best,
