Thread: Shooting long presentations or events with P2?

  1. #1

Default Shooting long presentations or events with P2?

Are there any issues or problems with shooting long events or presentations with the HVX and the P2 technology?

Say like things that run about an hour or hour and a half?

Not as long as you have enough storage space. Larger cards like 32GB help. There's also software to tether it to a laptop, and the FS-100. I use an FS-100 for long presentation stuff where it's just a presenter and his slideshow or something, with my HVX200 and HPX170.

AJA Ki Pro or Nano Flash are more expensive but IMHO outclass the Firestore in every way.

I can second the recommendation for Nano Flash.

If you can afford them, yes, go with the more evolved units.
