Timelapse: The Prettiest Soap Suds There Ever Were
This mesmerizing timelapse by Kim Pimmel is a very neat way to watch the beautiful structure of soap bubbles come to life. Explains Gizmodo, "Pimmel set up the shot by placing a magnet in the center of a dish filled with normal soap bubbles and some exotic ferrofluid at the edge. Using a Nikon D90, macro lenses and slick time lapse techniques, he captured the ferrofluid as it was pulled towards the magnet and the food coloring as it spread due to capillary action."
