Sony A99: 'Small, Fast and Furious'

Gizmodo is excited about the Sony A99's specs, writing, "So what makes this camera so special? You'll notice the difference as soon as you pick it up. At just 25.9-ounces it's a nearly a half-pound lighter than both the D800 and the 33.5-ounce 5DMKIII. It's also smaller than both of the other cameras. If you've ever lugged a camera around all day, you know that makes a difference. That said, the build definitely doesn't feel as sturdy as the Canon and Nikon cameras."
