Creative Pro User Group Network Announces the Amsterdam SuperMeet, September 9

The Creative Pro User Group Network (CPUG Network) have announced the Fifth Annual CPUG Amsterdam SuperMeet, to take place on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Hotel Krasnapolsky in the heart of Amsterdam during IBC 2012.

The Amsterdam SuperMeet promises to be the single largest gathering of Final Cut, Adobe, Avid, Autodesk editors, gurus and visual storytellers during IBC 2012.

The agenda, according to the producers is "SuperSecret," however there will be user-driven presentations from Adobe, Autodesk, Avid, Blackmagic Design and Red Giant. In addition there is expected to be show and tells from local filmmakers and much more.

Rounding out the evening will be the always wild and fun "World Famous Raffle," where over 30,000 Euros worth of valuable filmmaker-related prizes will be handed out to dozens of lucky winners.

Doors will open at 4:30 PM with the SuperMeet Digital Showcase featuring over 20 software and hardware developers including Adobe, Autodesk, Avid, Blackmagic Design, Red Giant, Atomos, axle Video, B&H Photo, College Of Multimedia, Drobo, The Future Store, G-Tech, Mocha, Noise Industries, The Padcaster, pond5, Promise Technologies, Shutterstock, Sonnet Tech, X2Pro and others. Here, attendees can mingle, enjoy a few cocktails and party with industry peers, network one on one with leading manufacturers and learn about the latest trends in collaborative editing workflows for postproduction and broadcast markets.

SuperMeet presentations will begin at 7:00 and continue until 11:00 with the World Famous Raffle. Tickets are on sale online for the Early Bird price of 10 Euros each plus ticket fee (Early Bird price ends August 9, 2012) and 10 Euros for students and teachers with valid ID.
